1-2-1 coaching sessions take place over the phone or at my office in central Brighton (or on the beach, if you’d rather be outdoors).
I usually recommend a programme of three one-hour sessions, spread over 6 weeks. My fee is £90 per session. The typical structure is as follows:
Session 1 (Discovery) – Establishing your goals and timescale; discussing what’s happening at the moment; considering your choices.
Session 2 (Clarity) – Deciding on the most important action; developing a plan for completion.
Session 3 (Action) – Reviewing and reflecting on actions; tweaking your plan; maintaining accountability.
